Create your first quotation

In an installed store, open QuotePDF from My Sales. For a public preview, use the sample demo, which does not connect to a real store.

1. Search for a product by name or SKU and click Add.
2. Choose quantities and enter the recipient’s name. Add other recipient details as needed.
3. Set a quote number, expiry date, notes, discounts, and taxes.
4. Click Recalculate to check the totals, then Download PDF.

Common questions

Where are quotations stored?

QuotePDF does not save quotations or recipient information on the server. Download the PDF before closing or reloading the app.

Are product prices current?

The installed app resolves prices from your store catalog when calculating a quotation. The demo uses a fixed sample catalog.

Does the app calculate legal tax rules?

Discounts and taxes are manual adjustments. Enter the appropriate amounts for your proposal.

Does downloading create an order or email the buyer?

No. Share the downloaded PDF through your usual channels.
